Cefoperazone, a germicidal antibiotic, subdues bacterial cell wall synthesis of actively divisional cells by constricting to one or more than one penicillin binding proteins (PBPs). Sulbactam is a lactamase substance that mainly acts by permanent inactivation of lactamases.
